Zone (2013)

Zone presents the player with a formidable challenge: explore a dark and mysterious 3D universe in a very limited time. The player must first click on a link that reads: 'Accept that they’re gone.' They then enter an apocalyptic and frightening hybrid universe of images, sounds and texts. As soon as the player viewer clicks on the screen, the game starts and they have 90 seconds to understand where they are and what they need to do. Time itself becomes a challenge. The experience oscillates between anticipation and reaction. The work creates a fleeting and fragmented story that defies total understanding despite repeated attempts.
